Over the last few months we have undergone quite a few changes within our business. We have adjusted our core business model to include industries such as Medical, Utilities, Municipalities, Citations, Towing, Commercial and Retail. We have relocated to Downtown Riverside where the heart of the city’s business resides. We have had a succession plan come to fruition sooner than expected, with the passing of the torch from Chris Clarkson to Me. Lastly and most importantly, we have retained all of the key personnel that make the company successful and our clients satisfied.
I would like to take this opportunity to personally thank our clients that have been patient and understanding of these changes. This transition would not have been as successful without our longtime clients believing in our ability to provide an exceptional collection service to our respective core industries.
